The products have a 14-day right of return. The right to exchange and return does not apply to separately customized and ordered products.

The product to be returned must be in full salable condition (original packaging, clean, all parts that came with the product and product tags in place).
We do not accept returns after 14 days. Once the return has been processed and approved, the value of the returned products will generally be returned to you using the same payment method you used when ordering
